StoneRidgeMerch Shipping Policy

At StoneRidgeMerch, all products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners through Printify’s global network of print providers. Shipping times vary based on the product, destination, and production partner assigned at the time of purchase.

Please review our full policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require time for production before shipping.

  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take up to 10 business days

Production begins automatically once an order is submitted—changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing starts.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the print provider, destination country, and courier.

Estimated timelines (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by region)

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak holiday volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item type, print provider, and destination.

Some items may ship separately depending on the production facility.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

StoneRidgeMerch is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
  • Incomplete customer information

If an order is returned to the print provider due to an address issue:

  • You may request a reprint at your own expense, or
  • Request a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over delivery speed or handling.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates for 15+ days (U.S.) or 30+ days (international):

  • Contact us and we will open an investigation with Printify.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.
  • StoneRidgeMerch is not responsible for stolen packages but will help however we can.

7. International Orders

Customs fees, VAT, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • Customers are responsible for all import-related fees.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.Printify requires notification within 30 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.
