StoneRidgeMerch Return & Refund Policy

At StoneRidgeMerch, every product is custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because your items are printed on demand, we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges unless there is a verified issue with the product itself.

Please review our full policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because each item is produced only after an order is placed:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided

Please double-check all order details before completing checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund

To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To submit an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective area
  • If multiple items are affected, a photo showing all items in one frame

There is no need to return damaged or defective merchandise.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued back to us by Printify and then processed back to your original payment method.

If you paid in a non-USD currency, Printify may return funds directly to your original payment source.

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • You may request a reprint at your expense, or
  • Request a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)

5. Print Quality & Placement Tolerances

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products:

  • A placement shift of up to 0.5 inches is considered normal and not a defect.

6. How to Request Support

To report an issue or request a replacement/refund:

Subject Line: Order Issue – Order #[your order number]

Please include all required photos and details so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
